Game players often sit for long periods without any exercise and may not maintain a healthy diet. As a result, they might be in poor physical condition. Next, it can have a negative impact on academic performance. Many children spend more time on games than on their homework, which often leads to lower grades at school. Finally, there is a risk of addiction. Some people play games for hours on end or even all day, neglecting their sleep and proper nutrition. This can have serious consequences, as we have seen in cases where people have died due to excessive gaming.
