When I Get Angry
Everybody will get angry when they have arguments with others. I also have such experiences.
I have a bad behavior. When I get angry, I tend to fight back and say bad words that hurt others. Once my friend was late for our appointment. I got extremely angry and said something I shouldn't have. Later, I regretted my words and realized I needed to control my temper.
To deal with my anger, I try to calm down first. I tell myself not to say anything in the heat of the moment because it might cause more harm. I also listen to light music or watch funny TV shows to relax. After I've cooled off, I think about my attitude and try to find a better way to handle the situation.
In conclusion, I know it's important to learn to control my bad mood and handle anger properly.
