Sometimes your biggest weakness can become your biggest strength. For instance, there was a 10-year-old American boy named Levi. He lost his left arm in a car accident but was determined to learn judo. He became a student of a Japanese judo master. After three months of training, the master taught him only one move. Levi wasn't sure about it but continued practicing. Later, the master took Levi to his first tournament. Surprisingly, Levi won the first two matches easily and the third one with his single move. Eventually, he won the championship. On the way home, Levi asked the master how he could win with just one move. The master replied that Levi had almost mastered one of the most difficult throws in judo and the only defense for that move was to grab Levi's left arm, which he didn't have. Thus, Levi's biggest weakness turned into his greatest strength. Another example is about a person in a Porsche training project. This person had poor English pronunciation and considered it a weakness. However, this weakness forced him to create a very simple execution plan for the project. Because of his pronunciation problem, he couldn't make the plan complex.
